    • Ran scan test, no codes stored, has permanent codes P0440, P0456, P0457, all monitors not ready, tested Evap. System, suspect bad Leak Detection Module, need to replace and retest. Radiator is cracked/leaking.
    • Replaced Leak Detection Unit, cleared ECM then tested, OK. Needs to be driven to reset OBD/Monitors, customer can drive and advise.

    • Test, wipers/turn signals stay on, working normal when tested, test suspect multi function switch/lever shorting / problem. Recommend replace / retest.
    • Tear down steering column, replace/install new multifuction lever/signal assembly, re assemble steering column, test, OK.
    • Test, found screen shorting, test back up camera, INOP. Suspect bad camera on tail gate, would need to replace and retest. NOTE: Has RAM factory assistance system with camera. Got quote for factory back up assistance camera to be compatible with system already in place. NOTE: CUSTOMER DECLINED. **Test for blue tooth could not locate customer can advise.

    • Check def light on, run scan test,3 codes stored #P0585 and #P208B, #P20EB, test codes ( def fluid system fault, test suspect bad def fluid pump need to tear down to test/replace def pump.
    • Tear down replace def pump, assemble clear codes and test ok Def tank has 22% does customer want us to fill.
    • Test cluster light, working when tested keep testing found intermittently will not light up test found TBS for this problem. 2 part repair reprogramming and then repair.
    • Reprogrammed cluster now we need to send cluster for repair as second part of the fix NOTE: CUSTOMER WILL BRING BACK ANOTHER DAY.
