  • CHECK TIRE PRESSURE: R/F__33___ L/F___33__ R/R__33___ L/R__33___
  • Confirmed A/C not blowing cold air, performed visual inspection, found Compressor inop, performed Leak Detector Test, found Refrigerant leaking from both High and Low Side Service Ports, tested electrical for Compressor, Compressor doesn't seem to be getting power, recommend further electrical diagnosis and replacing A/C Service Valves then retesting. – Replaced Compressor Cycling Switch and both High and Low Side Service Valves, Compressor still inop and both Service Ports are still leaking Refrigerant after replacement, attempted to recharge system to perform further leak testing but machine will not allow it until those leaks are fixed, recommend further electrical diagnosis on Compressor and replacing both AC Suction and Supply Hoses and then retesting.
  • Attempted to recharge system several times after replacing Service Port Valves, unable to recharge due to Service Ports still leaking. – Replaced both Service Ports, A/C System still has leaks, leak tested system again, found all A/C Hoses to have leaks and need to be replaced. – Replaced all 4 A/C Hoses, found Condenser rusted and deteriorating, recommend replacing Condenser and retesting. – Replaced Condenser per Customer request, recharged System and tested, A/C System still has leaks and Compressor still inop., removed hoses from the back of Compressor to examine inside the Compressor with Boroscope, found broken Piston inside Compressor, Compressor is bad recommend replacing and retesting. – Replaced Compressor, recharged A/C System, Compressor functioning now an A/C is blowing cold air, but A/C System still has leaks, inspected A/C System while running, found major refrigerant leak at bottom of Evaporator Core, need to replace Evaporator Core and retest. – Replaced Evaporator Core per Customer request, removed A/C Hoses and Coolant Reservoir, Replaced Evap. Core, filled System with PAG Oil, reassembled, vacuumed down System, recharged System and tested, OK, no more leaks, A/C functioning correctly @ 39°F.
